I needed some wood stain to match my outdoor sunroom, and had a great interaction with Dana. After trying to find the colour online with no luck, she created a custom mix that would work - despite the fact the new wood was a different species than the original sunroom. Super pleased with the results and the service.

I was in to this location of Home Hardware today to get a shovel after a snow storm. I looked around and could not find one..no surprise ! I went to the counter for help but the Man at the counter confirmed they were out so I headed back to my car and then saw the guy that I spoke to inside come out with a shovel he found and asked if the shovel in his hand would work ! It was exactly what i needed ! This level of service blew me away ! I have always had great service at this store but this was above and beyond great service ! Thank you again ! This is the place to get your Hardware needs in Hillsburg and Area for sure !
