The last few times I ordered delivery, it’s taken over an hour. This last time the pizza was ordered just after 530 and arrived just after 7, and it was cold. You use to be good, I only live 10 minutes away, but seems to be dropping in service.
This is the best pizza in Erin, it’s fresh, hot and crispy, old school. Service is fast and friendly, and food quality is always great. Deliveries are much faster than quoted, which is always a pleasant surprise. I rate the atmosphere a 3 because there is always very few eat in patrons, but the dining room does need updating, the food makes up for it.
From out of town & got 2 lbs wings, xl pizza double cheese & pepperoni, & a lg cesear salad. Wings & pizza were excellent. Salad was good. Wings could have used hotter & more sauce. They actually put on the double cheese & the wings were plentiful! I joked with my wife that I want to move here now. Niether of us laughed though.
LOVEDDDD the pizza!! My family and I were in the area and decided to stop by on a whim for lunch (best decision made). We chose to get the large vegetarian pizza and the waffle fries (good proportion size for 3 people to share), which filled us right up. The pizza was beautifully cheesy, had a great pull to it (love the effect) and was not oily at all, which is a problem for other places, but not here! It also did not feel heavy on the stomach at all, had a great cheese to sauce ratio and crust as well. The atmosphere was lovely, we came around 12PM and sat outside on the benches where we all enjoyed eating the pizza with clear skies. The staff were really sweet and loved hearing me rave about the food, so if anyone is in the area, do come here because we definitely will be back in the future!!
The first time I ordered and picked up pizza from this place, I loved it. The service and food were both good, so good that I ordered delivery the very next day. After that I became a frequent customer until my third delivery order. I had to cancel that third delivery order 6 minutes and 45 seconds after placing it due to an emergency (I have the call logs as proof). When I called, I asked if the pizza was ready and they said it had “just been put in the warmer.” The moment I mentioned canceling, the staff became upset and suddenly claimed it was “nearly done” instead of what they had just told me. They told me “you can never order again.” When I asked if they were banning me after one cancellation, they confirmed this policy, which is essentially a lifetime ban for any cancellation regardless of timing or reason. No other pizza place has such an extreme policy. What made it worse was the lack of professionalism. No one asked what happened or even gave me a chance to explain it was due to an emergency. I was even willing to order the following day to make up for the cancellation. Even stranger, after telling me I could never order again and saying I couldn’t cancel, they still sent the delivery driver to my house. At that point I refused the food for safety concerns. This policy is unreasonable, especially in an area with limited food options. I was a repeat customer who had multiple successful orders, was polite throughout, and called within minutes of ordering. Permanently banning someone for a 6 minute cancellation due to an emergency is excessive and unprofessional. Future customers should be aware of this policy before ordering.
This has always been my go to spot the service is great but the last two times I dunno if it’s new kitchen staff my pizzas have come delivered burnt black almost to where were couldn’t eat it. Sad that tonight’s was ruined again.
Veil Sandwich is absolutely inedible. Pizza is below grade with other Pizza locations. After ordering twice from this location I refuse to try anything else. Passing by through the town of Erin, Avoid Giannis and Uncle Harry's Fish and Chips. Better off getting a gas station egg Sandwich.
