Love the clothing at Roots, they are my favourite chill out clothes my 1 star review is not because of their clothes, Im giving a 1 star review because an employee who always seems in a bad mood, I had the bad fortune of having her helping me at the cash register the last two times I been there. I was asking a couple of questions and she was rude and had a bad attitude, she doesnt make me feel welcome at this location, I rather go to a different location where employees are always nice to me. Never had anyone at any other Roots store talking to me like that.
